Shipping rates are current at 1 May 2026 and are subject to change without notice. Please contact me for a quote on International Shipping or Original Artwork Shipping to your destination before purchase.
ARTWORK
Your original Pippa McManus artwork will be sent rolled and lovingly packed in a tube with tracking. It will then need to be taken to your framer to be stretched, at a small cost to you, on a wooden frame (or stretcher)." Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless required under Australian law.
SCARVES
Your Pippa McManus scarf will be lovingly packed in a pink and gold box and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and posted to you in a tough-mailer with tracking to your door. We will be happy to exchange your item for a different colour if available. You must return the item to be exchanged within 7 days and you will be required to pay any additional shipping charges.
We do not accept returns or refunds on scarves unless required under Australian law.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, and you may need to confirm your identity by phone and/or email before we dispatch your artwork or scarf. Additional delays may occur if we can not confirm your identity.

There is a flat rate to ship original paintings Australia wide. Please see individual product description for details, as fees change with sizes. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 5 business days.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and sale periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for your order to be dispatched.
We hold no responsibility for items lost by the postal service, or for any delays in the arrival of your package that are beyond our control.
